Setting up:

  • Buffet table

  • Placement of linens (tablecloths, napkins)

Serving:

  • Serve hors d’oeuvres

  • Re-fill buffet table

  • Serve guests at their table

  • Refill beverages

Post-party clean up:

  • Consistently throw away garbage

  • Consistently check on bathroom(s)

  • Wash dishes / dishwasher

 Deep Spring Cleaning

*Deep Cleaning

Deep Cleanings for a house consists of almost the same detail as a stadard cleaning but includes features like:

  • Clean inside range hood, oven and, dishwasher.

  • Hands wipe door frames 

  • Clean and shine all appliances

  • Wash floors with extra attention

  • Clean behind and inside the fridge and oven

  • Clean and shine cabinets

  • Vacuum furniture including under any cushions

  • Clean and dust window blinds

  • Clean knickknack areas

  • Dust and wipe down baseboard

  • Light fixtures/switches throughout the house.

  • Clean all windowsills and window tracks throughout the house.

  • All blinds throughout the entire house.

  • All baseboards throughout the house.

  • Very thorough dusting throughout the house.

Price Range anywhere between $35-$45 hourly

Office Cleaning

  • Gather all waste material in containers and empty cartons, and place for disposal in designated areas.

  • Removal of dust and dirt from under the desks, chairs, baseboards, corners, and other hard to reach places.

  • Empty and clean all ashtrays, damp dust when necessary.

  • Wash and rinse all floors with a neutral cleaner, as necessary.

  • Arrange furniture properly in office.

  • Vacuum all carpeted areas.

  • Sanitize all water fountains.

  • Leave only designated lights on, and secure premises as per instructions.

  • Keep custodial closet clean and orderly.

  • Polish wood executive desks and furniture.

  • Wash and clean interior and exterior of all aluminum doorframes and side panels.

  • Dust all blinds, vents, fixtures, and all surfaces above eye level.

  • Clean and polish all tiled floors.

  • Sweep, wash and disinfect all lavatory floors including hard reaching places.

  • Clean, deodorize, and disinfect all hand basins, toilet bowls, and urinals both inside and out.

  • Wash and polish all mirrors, shelves, cabinets, and dispensers.

  • Wash, disinfect and dry all toilet seats; washing both sides of toilet seats with neutral disinfectant solution.

  • empty all wastepaper receptacles and sanitary receptacles to designated area.

Price Range anywhere between $30-$55 hourly

Move In-Out Cleaning

Kitchen:

  • Clean interior and exterior of range hood, oven and, dishwasher.

  • Clean interior and exterior of fridge and oven

  • Top and front of stove cleaned

  • Sinks cleaned and disinfected, chrome shined

  • Clean and disinfect counter tops and backs plash

  • Clean and dust window blinds

  • Clean inside and outside cabinets and drawers

  • Wash and sanitize floors

  • Clean knickknack areas

  • Dust and wipe down baseboard

  • Hands wipe door frames and walls

  • Remove cobwebs

  • General dusting

Bathrooms:

  • Clean and sanitize sinks thoroughly

  • Clean and sanitize shower and bathtubs

  • Clean and polish all glass doors and mirrors

  • Clean and sanitize toilets

  • Clean and sanitize counters thoroughly

  • Clean and dust window blinds and sills

  • Clean and sanitize tile wall and bathtubs

  • Dust and wipe down baseboard

  • Wash and sanitize floors

  • Shine and clean chrome fixtures

  • Clean inside and outside cabinets and drawers

  • Clean mirrors and medicine cabinets

  • Cobwebs removed

  • General dusting

Bedrooms, Living Rooms and, all other areas:

  • Vacuum and edge all carpets

  • Clean inside and outside closet and shelves, if any

  • Clean and dust window blinds and ledges

  • Dust and wipe down baseboards

  • Dust and clean vents, light fixtures, and ceiling fans

  • Clean knickknack areas

  • Spot clean all baseboards and doors

  • Wash and dry hard floor surfaces

  • Vacuum stairs and spot clean handrails if any

  • Spot clean walls, door frames and, light switch plates
